Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at julysummersco@gmail.com. We process orders quickly, so cancellations may not be possible once your order is prepared. Our support team has the final say regarding cancellation eligibility.

Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for a full refund without returning the item. Contact us within 10 days of delivery at julysummersco@gmail.com with proof (photos/videos) of the damage and your shipping slip.

Please Note:

  • Only damaged products with proof will qualify for a refund.
  • Other items in the order not reported as damaged will not be eligible.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for orders shipped to the USA and Canada. To start your return, email us at julysummersco@gmail.com with your reason for returning the product.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original packaging, unused, with tags intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • We will provide the return address during the process.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • PayPal refunds: 24 hours
  • Credit cards: 3-5 business days

45+ Days Delivery Guarantee

If your order has not been delivered within 45 business days, you are eligible for a full refund or a reshipment.

Please Note: We do not refund orders that fail to arrive by specific dates (e.g., holidays).

Not Eligible for Refunds If:

  • Incorrect shipping details were provided.
  • You failed to pick up your package within the courier’s timeframe.
  • The courier confirms delivery, but the parcel is lost or stolen.
  • Items are returned without proper tracking details.

Special Product Categories

Certain items have unique eligibility rules:

  1. Pajama Sets: Cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
  2. Sizing or Color Issues: Provide clear images comparing the product to the description for reshipment or refund eligibility.
  3. Bulk Orders (Above $800): Non-refundable and non-returnable. Only replacements will be provided for damaged or missing items.
